Billy has seen lending from every seat that matters: broking from 2007, home finance at Westpac, then senior credit analysis at La Trobe Financial, where he was the person an application had to convince. He founded Cloud Financial Group in 2020 to put that whole picture to work for clients, from home loans through construction and development finance. He also develops property himself, so he has carried a construction loan from the borrower's side, and it shows in how he structures one: pre-approvals that hold, drawdowns that land on time, and no surprises at valuation.
