The practice
Design Plus Drafting is a building design and drafting studio in Leichhardt, in Sydney's Inner West, led by director Scott Nicholson and tracing its design arc back to 1994. The team works across residential, commercial and corporate projects: home extensions and additions, attic conversions, new homes and full knockdown rebuilds, with every design developed to be achievable and compliant with the relevant codes. The studio prepares high quality drawings and full documentation for development applications and complying development, coordinates the required consultants directly, and applies years of experience with Sydney councils to give each application its best chance of a smooth approval. The practice is the building design division of Drawable, a drafting company that has completed more than ten thousand projects for trade businesses across Australia and the Pacific Rim since 2007, and it serves clients in any style and location across New South Wales.
