The practice
Elite Building Design is a Belmore based building design practice established in 2018 and led by director Abdul Moussa, a building designer with more than ten years across the design and construction industry. The studio designs new homes, duplexes and dual occupancies, renovations and extensions, and carries clients from the first design consultation through council approval to completion, drawing on construction knowledge that keeps designs practical, priced and approvable. Working across Sydney, the Illawarra and Newcastle at around seventy homes a year, the practice pairs volume with a luxury standard of finish. It was named Liverpool City's Local Business Award winner in 2022, a year that also brought finalist honours at the Australian Small Business Champion Awards and a personal finalist listing for Abdul as Outstanding Business Person of the Year.
