Why we introduce them
The practice designs the architecture, the interiors and the landscape together. For an owner that means the building, the rooms and the garden are planned as one, so a choice made in any of them carries through to the others.
Renato Ferrari describes the approach as small moves for large effect. He starts from what a site already has and adjusts it, rather than starting over. The view behind it is that a home is shaped as much by how people live in it, and by what surrounds it, as by what gets built.

The practice
Ferrari Architecture is a Melbourne practice. Renato Ferrari is its director and a registered architect in Australia. The work spans houses, a sports pavilion, an inclusive architecture project and two commercial fit-outs. Some of their residential work includes Fitzroy North, completed in 2025, and House on a Hill, currently at planning approval.
