Praeditos Designs & Drafting

Praeditos Designs & Drafting is a Canberra building design and drafting practice led by its director, Jacob Woods. Jacob completed a Diploma in Building Design in 2018 and has spent the years since designing and documenting homes, extensions and alterations across the ACT and surrounding New South Wales, working alongside a range of design and building companies before establishing his own practice. Praeditos focuses on residential and small commercial work, and carries each project through the full process, from initial concept and design advice to the detailed working drawings required for quoting, approval and construction. All drafting is completed in house, and the practice serves Canberra, Queanbeyan, Yass and the surrounding region, as well as remotely across Australia.
