About Julie
Julie Judge is the founder of Mortgage Pass, a Sydney brokerage that spans both mortgage and business finance, working from offices in the Sydney CBD and Merrylands. On the residential side she helps clients buy a first home, purchase an investment property or refinance to ease cash flow; on the business side she arranges commercial and industrial property lending, cash flow funding and asset finance. She works across a panel of more than thirty five lenders, holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, and is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia, operating as a credit representative under Australian Credit Licence 387025. Clients tend to describe the same things: plain English, a calm and personal process, and approvals secured where other brokers could not.
