About Nathan
Nathan Newlan is the owner and director of the Mortgage Choice franchise in Bendigo. He came to broking after around a decade in finance and banking, starting out at a major bank’s Bendigo branch before moving into broking in 2021 and opening his own Mortgage Choice business in 2025. He works with clients across Bendigo and Australia wide, drawing on a panel of more than thirty five lenders to compare options. For most residential home loans his service comes at no direct cost to the client, as the lender pays him a commission once the loan settles. First home buyers, investors and those refinancing all sit within his work, handled with the patient, straightforward support he has built his name on.
